A wonderful relaxing day....

Where are we today ?

Bee's Rv resort Clermont Florida

        A very nice nights sleep and up early again before the sunshine (best time of the day). But it was overcast and began to rain a bit. I really don't mind a light rain especially if its nice and warm outside.

       So a walkabout in the rain check out the sign by the entrance, kinda makes us feel real welcome here.

Welcome Home

        Inside the entrance in the park is a meeting room (Beehive) and today just happened to be election day here in the USA and this was a voting station, (sorry no comments on the election). Amazing to see the lineup at 7 o'clock this morning.

         After some puttering around and fine tuning issues with our satellite dish all is well and good. We had a chance to read for while on our nice pavestone patio in the shade. Watching the Egrets by the pond, even a couple you'uns on the other side too.

        Then Rob and Pat dropped by to chat for a while and discuss some winter plans. They are heading out in the morning towards south Texas and we are hanging out here for a bit and then not sure what we wanna do or where we are going. Eventually heading west maybe, for sure, but to where and when??? Does it really matter? Naw we just go where the mood strikes us and we are having fun no matter where we are.

        Eventually "Happy Hour" came around just in time before we headed down to the "Honey Pot Eatery" here in the park. They are only open 4 hours a week, 5 until 7 pm on Tuesday and Friday. Tuesday is all you can eat Chicken and Friday all you can eat Fish. Today is chicken only $10:00 per person includes taxes, tips, chicken, fried or baked, mashed w/gravy, or baked potatoes, peas, coleslaw, applesauce, biscuits, beverages, and soft ice cream cones for desert, don't forget all-you-can eat and it was fresh, hot and ready, excellent deal.

         Very organized, quick and efficient, you get a nice large tray, as much as you want and can go back as much as you like. Tables are cleaned and trays removed right away.

        That was it for another "Awesome" day in the sunny south. Nice to just relax and kinda do not too much, we have had a couple busy weeks. Ya know, I still think is the best career choice we have ever made. Doesn't pay much, but don't need much money when we can have a lifestyle like this?
