A wonderful relaxing day with warm weather, yep we can handle it!

Where are we today ?
Overcast day but nice and warm in the mid 70's (24c) today. We have no plans and no where we need to go. So just hanging out here for the day and that's just great!
A few walkabouts the resort, chat with a few people here and there. Even did a bit of cleaning inside our coach as the spirit moved us.
Then a brunch today is a back bacon on a bun. Just fired up the Weber Q to bake a couple taters for super and bacon strips. Then heat up a few slices of Canadian Back bacon (from last nights roast) for back bacon on a bun (fresh baked buns from the store in town). For Suzie added a fried egg and me tomato slices and cheese. Nice light lunch and very tasty too.

Then the afternoon we enjoyed our books under our awning with a few rain drops here and there, perfect relaxing day.
About 4:30  I fired up our Weber Q again, to grill a turkey breast I had marinated in wine, olive oil, cider vinegar, garlic, lemon juice and thyme.  Added a twice baked potato that I had prepped earlier, mashed the filling with butter, sour cream, crumbled bacon, butter and cheese. (no calories at all!). About an hour  or so until the turkey breast reached 165f internal temp, (low and slow) Mesquite wood chips in the foil at the back.

Then a added some steamed cauliflower for a nice tasty supper.
hit the spot
There ya go the day slipped by and we had fun too. Busy days ahead so we will relax while we can.
Thanks once again for stopping by!

    1. Have to come here where ever we are.
Suzie likes me to cook for her.
Sure is easier than the restaurant I had for 10 years.
