Another good nights sleep and up about 5:30 this morning 52F outside, Just puttering around computing for a while then into Starthroy to pick up and HDMI cable to hook up Suzie's computer to our smart tv. Hooked that up and is it ever nice and can now view here computer on our 32 inch TV, That sure makes a wonderful computer monitor!Back home Suzie was chatting with new Neighbours Mark and Nichol . They are picking our brains (the little we have) about going fulltime and travelling in the south and membership parks. Has some questions about their shaw satellite dish, how to light the propane oven in their trailer etc....
After lunch I headed down to the amazing fitness centre for a nice one hour work out. My finger is now almost like new again and ready for this much needed exercise. Then to relax out side on the wonderful very warm fall day. Sunny and a comfortable fall day at 75F back in shorts again , enjoying our page turners in the shade, sure was nice no complaints here..

Must be that RO water that keeps you looking and feeling so young! ;c)
ReplyDeleteMaybe that and our healthy eating plus being outside all day long. my young bride of 30 years does a good job of that too. I feel young but don't look that way much any more for being 70, but still enjoying life to the fullest.
DeleteNice fitness center at the park, you certainly look like you take advantage of it! Looking good for a young 70ish, we use a Brita filter for the drinking water ... maybe we should switch to RO!
ReplyDeleteReally do love this fitness centre here, I have been slaking this year a bit my finger issue slowed me down for a bit, Feels good to get back in there but only one week left here this year. We used the Brita for quite a few years it was Suzie's Naturopath that recommended RO water it is good clean and available everywhere now and refilling our container very reasonable.
DeleteI am so envious of your warm fall weather! We are having very cold weather and expecting a low of 0C tonight, we just hope the snow holds off until we get south.

ReplyDeleteIt was a fantastic day perfect wetware we loved it and very relaxing. We have only seen these shrimp burgers here at a grocery chain, Presidents Choice product they are very good.
