Where are we today ?
Hey today the weather is supposed to be great and we have plans!.. Not sure what they are but we have plans, maybe.
Well not really, we had fun yesterday and were gonna explore some more today, but whats the hurry? Think we will leave that for another time. Love the campground and love the area, are sure we will be back here again so don't need to see everything the first time. Ken and Barbee headed out this morning beeped their horn as they drove on by. Back home they go to Houston for a week getting ready to head out on a summer adventure to the western states. Good luck and safe travel guys! Keep in touch.
Ok, we can just kinda hang out, computing, walkabouts, bike riding and chat with the neighbors, life is good! Even got a load of laundry done too. All new machines here in the resort did one large load, wash and dry total cost $1.50, in less than and hour, now can you beat that??? Why would we want a washer dryer on board for about $1,500.00?

Enjoying the scenery here and is nice and quiet except this guy is cutting the grass behind us. Spring is in the air!

Kinda windy day but still pretty warm 75f (23c), yep we can handle that's for sure. The Pelicans did not much like the wind so hung out in the bay close to us. Really nice to watch these huge birds enjoying the area here.

Then as we are reading our books our friendly squirrel (Charley) stopped by for a visit again. Sorry bud can't feed you!

Plan today was to grill some pork ribs on our Weber. But really not a great day for it. Very windy (35mph) disappointed, so did the standard prep, pressure cooker for about 10-12 minutes with sauerkraut. Still windy so just fire up our oven and baked them for about 15 minutes, on foil with our sticky gooey sauce. Added some tasty noodles, broccoli and we still had great supper. Fall off the bone tasty ribs.

There ya go did not much but really enjoyed our day. Like wow we are retired, don't need to explore everyday. We are happy just enjoying each others company, the warm weather great scenery. Gonna leave here saturday so all is good.

DeleteI agree, no washer/dryer on board for us either. I prefer the extra storage space plus we get out laundry for very low prices here in Mexico.
