Another great day doing nothing!

Where are we today ?

           Well what did we do today? Not a heck of a lot! It was hot, humid and sticky this morning over 80f (26c) and sticky, like every thing just struck to you. But hey we can deal with that. So the plan was we had no plan. No need to wander about looking for things to do, when we can do nothing right here. And just suits us fine.
        Plan supper, compute and read for a while, I even did some waxing on our coach too. The skies were overcast all day, perfect for waxing our coach.
        Early afternoon got the chairs out and did a marathon reading session enjoying our books, even chat with a few neighbors (neighbours) as they strolled by too. Ran into a couple (from Nova Scotia Canada) we met at Styx River resort in Alabama before Christmas.

          So that took care of another great day, but my job (as usual) was to whip up a tasty supper tonight and the plan is. Bay scallops, with garlic and peas, in an alfredo sauce with fettucini, a tossed salad and fresh bun from the bakery oh soo good!

        It is amazing how we can have a great day doing nothing, especially when the weather is nice and warm!
        Thanks for stopping in and saying hi, Some people watch sports today, but us? Not so much.

    You can keep the humidity, but we will take some heat here in Arizona!

      Don't mind the humidity too much as along as the heat is here with it. You get more than you share of heat in the summer thats for sure.

    You sure are lucky to have weather in the 80's !!

    Our "highs" have been in the mid 40's, and our lows have been around 25-27.

    Water taps are breaking like crazy here in Phoenix.

    Hey, we did the same as you today! Nothing. I sometimes feel a bit guilty that we have done nothing. It is hard to get over that feeling that we always have to be doing something! Retired 2 1/2 years and I still feel that way. I better get over it, I guess!

    We should NEVER complain about the 3 H's - hazy, hot and humid. You could be in the 3 S's - snow, sleet and slush.
