Where are we today ?
Did some spot cleaning of our carpets, fitness centre for a nice workout, read for a bit and even cut my hair again. (Suzie does the final trimming just cause she can).
More E-reading in the shade just enjoying the great outdoors.

ribs tender just simmer in the sauce for a while, so moist, tender and tasty |
That was soo good, even lelftovers for lunch too |

Haven't used ramen noodles for years.... How much sodium do they have these dayside? I,ve been seeing noodle houses (take out) lately and while they beckon me in I wonder about the sodium and. Carbs... (I'm on my iPAd and my spelling sucks)
ReplyDeleteIts the spice packet that has the sodium about 600 mg Carbs 29 g but I only used about 1/2 the noodles and 1/3 the spice packet and its a rare treat nowadays so just gave it a shot. Very tasty.
