1 cup icing sugar, or powdered or confectioners sugar
1 lb. butter (not margarine)
ADD
1/2 cup cornstarch
3 cups all purpose flour
Must whip for 10 minutes (the secret)
Shape into small ball (tsp size) and flatten a bit on cookie sheet
Preheat oven to 350 deg. F
Bake about 10 minutes until slightly brown on the bottom.
Makes about 6 1/2 dozen teaspoon size.
You can cut recipe in half if you like too.
