Holiday Rambler Vacationer, since August 2006
Just another bright sunny morning, getting to like this. Up early and sitting on John and Lea's deck with a coffee, chatting in the morning sun. Then they take off to do stuff and we can play.
I took a nice drive to New Hamburg along River Road, a peaceful winding country road that I have always loved going for a cruise on. Across the old bridge thru farm country arriving in town 15 minutes later.
Back home I prepared some rolled ribs for supper tonight for our hosts. Then we relaxed in the shade around the pool while they were away.

John had been away most of the day working on fixing up the deck for their lawn mower, and when he returned I gave him a hand for a bit.

I put the ribs and potatoes on the Barbie and just let them slow roast, while a few neighbors dropped by for a swim, and everything would be ready when Lea got home from work.
We chatted with some new neighbors and then it was time to test the ribs. It appears that they liked them as Lea couldn't wait to dig in.
By the time we were done, we thanked our hosts then it was time to call it a night. We are on the road in the morning to visit my brother and sister-in-law in Brooklin Ontario.
