A nice relaxing warm sunny day, doctor appointment for Suzie and lawn mowing.

Where are we today ?
clic a pic to enlarge it
Tuesday already! Starting the day off kinda cloudy but warming up very nicely. By 8 am was 62F and no wind, shorts on and a walkabout town, Stopped at Pettiugrew's and settled the invoice for yesterdays work. and back home again. Got my first mile in.
At 9:30 Suzie headed off to Stratford for a doctor's appointment, while I puttered around here in the yard, enjoying this nice much warmer weather. A walk down by the river, so peaceful here, and check out the trails across the road from us. I noticed that some fence posts have been put up at the entrance to keep atvs' out of there from messing up the trails making huge muddy ruts, Kinda muddy there still so I did not venture in very far.
blocking the trail for the atv's
see how long that lasts
love these flowers here in the bush
I wanted to walk the trails but still too muddy
So headed down the road a bit to view the river. Pretty tame right now and so relaxing to see, and enjoy.
Our coach is nestled right here in a place we really enjoy.
When Suzie returned we enjoyed a light lunch then I headed out the back to mow some of the yard that needs doing.
I do enjoy playing on this Ferris mower, fun  to drive
and does a wonderful job
lots of lilacs back here and smell wonderful
was going to bring some home but forgot :<(
Just mowing the lawn back here for a couple of hours got  about 1/2 of the 5 acres done then at 2 pm called it quits for today, we will be here for a few more days and will get the rest mowed before we leave.
I do love mowing the acres here
got this done and a bit more
Back home to relax in the shade of our awning, too hot in the sun at 77 F and no wind here was wonderful.
need some shade for a while. this worked great
Into our page turners, then soon time to whip up supper, heated up our Weber Q, made a salad and grilled nice tasty salmon fillet.
not long this was grilled to perfection
Just a nice small fillet pefect for our super tonight with the salad.
very tasty and did the trick tonight
no leftovers
That was our wonderful day, still outside after 7:30 pm 64f, enjoying this great warm weather. Gonna finish up this posting and read bit more before we head on inside for the night. So peaceful here, a few birds and mourning doves in the distance, whats not to love about this.
No sunset yet maybe later, If we see one will let you know tomorrow.
        Thanks for stopping on by.

  3. What a beautiful place to stay! And those trails look like they would be a nice walk when they dry out.
