Tuesday already! Starting the day off kinda cloudy but warming up very nicely. By 8 am was 62F and no wind, shorts on and a walkabout town, Stopped at Pettiugrew's and settled the invoice for yesterdays work. and back home again. Got my first mile in.At 9:30 Suzie headed off to Stratford for a doctor's appointment, while I puttered around here in the yard, enjoying this nice much warmer weather. A walk down by the river, so peaceful here, and check out the trails across the road from us. I noticed that some fence posts have been put up at the entrance to keep atvs' out of there from messing up the trails making huge muddy ruts, Kinda muddy there still so I did not venture in very far.
blocking the trail for the atv's see how long that lasts |
love these flowers here in the bush |
I wanted to walk the trails but still too muddy |
Our coach is nestled right here in a place we really enjoy.
When Suzie returned we enjoyed a light lunch then I headed out the back to mow some of the yard that needs doing.
I do enjoy playing on this Ferris mower, fun to drive and does a wonderful job |
lots of lilacs back here and smell wonderful was going to bring some home but forgot :<( |
I do love mowing the acres here |
got this done and a bit more |
need some shade for a while. this worked great |
not long this was grilled to perfection |

No sunset yet maybe later, If we see one will let you know tomorrow.

DeleteWhat a beautiful place to stay! And those trails look like they would be a nice walk when they dry out.
ReplyDeleteWe do love staying here when we are in the area.
DeleteThey are nice trails I have walked them a few times when dry and no bugs.
Ah Ha! I knew it wouldn't be long before you'd be tearing around the lawn on that favorite mower. :cD
ReplyDeleteYup it was time, and will get back on it in a day or 2 once things dry out after more rain here.
DeleteAlways interesting reading about you great life and day to day events. Whatever do you do with all that left over salmon?
ReplyDeleteThanks Contessa we do enjoy our everyday lives always something to do. We ate most of it was just under a pound, enough for one salmon sandwich for Suzie.
