Snow??? Not quite yet we hope.

Where are we today ?
SNOW !!! This is something we don't want to see,
other than behind the hockey arena.
Sunday morning kinda cool again 39f at 6 am, thinking the sooner we head south the better.  But we still have things to take care of here for a while.
Ran a few errands this morning, picked up a large Tv for Ma's apartment on sale in Kitchener. Back home for a quick lunch then I hopped on the mower to cut a bit more grass.
Then the sun came out and warmed things up and we really got to enjoy some reading outside in the warm sunshine. Perfect afternoon. A friend stopped by for a nice visit, to pick out brains about purchasing a motorhome, so we gave him a few tips that he can process and do what he likes with them.
A few hours of wonderful sunshine
Next we are off to the arena in town at 3:30, grandson number one doing more hockey tryouts. He is doing really well and will be placed where it will do him the most good, we hope. 90 minutes here enjoying some more great family time.
Back home by 5 o'clock fire up our Weber Q, and grill a nice pork tenderloin, some tiny taters, and cauliflower wrapped in foil with a drizzle of Olive Oil.
total about 45 minutes on the grill ,
again tenderloin 145 f internal temp
makes it so moist and melt in your mouth tender
Tasty salad, tiny taters with salsa
sure did the trick
Again another fun day enjoying some almost warm weather, and a pretty relaxing day. With a few more very busy days coming up in the next week.
Glad you could stop in again, and hope you had a wonderful Sunday too.

  6. Everyday is easy, and we do have a variety of things to keep us busy.
Spending time with the family is a bonus of this liifestyle.

  7. I think you need to give that count down calendar a boost. It's not moving fast enough. It's cold here today.

    1. We would love to, but if we leave sooner this fall have to come back earlier in the spring, not something we want to do.

  8. I was also wondering why you weren't leaving and I forgot about the time limit for being in the U.S.A. If you post the word snow again I'm going to wash your mouth out with soap - after all it's a 4 letter word. ;-)
