Where are we today ?
Another wonderful night, lots of rain but did not bother us at all. Still had our windows open for a nice breeze. Our window awnings allow that, so nice that we have them. Humidity gone today and tempos in the mid 70's (23c) kinda cool but still very comfortable.
Morning walkabouts just enjoying the fresh air after the the rain and listening to the grass and the leaves on the trees grow. Speaking of growing came across the Canada geese and their goose puppies (thanks Billy Bob love the saying for the babies), man are they every growing fast too! Still the two families by the ponds taking control of that area, don't want to get too close, they can be vicious !
they honking like crazy, stay away! |
our view between the cabins |
low and slow does it |
yep did the trick again |
Afterwards a short walkabout and enjoy our books until about 8 o'clock, (getting a little chilly) so inside for the evening after another great day. Just one more day here and we moving down the road (Plattesville I think) a bit for a week. We really have a hard time staying on one spot for anymore that a couple weeks.
Thanks for taking a peek again, we still here doing what we love best, fresh air, exercise and enjoying our books, even visit with a few people here and there too.

You just continue to enjoy life.... what a great life it is, too!
ReplyDeleteYes, yes, it sure is a great life.
DeleteNot surprised to read that you are moving to another place. To sleep with the windows open is always pleasant. It sure beats the sound of noisy air conditioners.
ReplyDeleteSure don't like air conditioning, very rare that we use it too.
DeleteThe goose puppies really are getting big. I think we can actually have windows open tonight except for the dust. We're having lots of wind.
ReplyDeleteNo dust here, everything is so green.
DeleteIt's great when we can enjoy what we're doing. Not everyone has those options so we need to enjoy as long as we can. What a life for sure!
ReplyDeleteThats right we will do this as long as we possibly can.
DeleteIt is tough doing what we do isn't it George?
ReplyDeleteIt sure is John, but still the best job I ever had.
DeleteGlad to hear nothing much has changed in your lifestyle. Why bother when it's as good as it gets, right?

That's just the way it for us. Every week or two, a change of scenery and just take things as they come.
