Where are we today ?
A wonderful mild night again windows open and a very interesting sunrise this morning. Love our site here, and we will miss it as we move on. But new things to see and enjoy.interesting sunrise |
We headed into Waterloo to visit Ma for Mother's Day (a day late) along with my baby brother Chris and his wonderful wife Sherry. Sis was there yesterday to visit Ma with her son and his wife in Waterloo. I even managed to repair some cement on her front window sill before lunch.
For lunch Ma ordered in Chinese food for us and really hit the spot. Local place does MSG free and nice individual reasonably priced dishes.
It was an overcast afternoon and very warm no rain perfect for sitting on her front porch.

Following a nice visit headed on home and stopped by the New Hamburg pharmacy to pick up a prescription.
Managed to read for a bit outside while I fired up our Weber Q to grill a late supper. Some small chicken thighs, legs, tater slices and steamed broccoli just hit the spot.
have I mentioned we love chicken? |
Supper done and still not raining so take the dogs for a run and enjoy our books outside until about 8:20, getting too dark to read.
this would be our sunset, nice but not as intense as our sunrises here. |
Any who wanna thank ya'll for stopping on by again. Keep enjoying this wonderful weather too.
