Late morning here and I slept in ! Wow what the heck 6:30 this morning guess my body did not want us to leave. But got my oatmeal, eaten, coffees consumed, some computing done and only a 1/2 mile walkabout. We secured the coach, unhooked from power and were on the road as planned at 8 AM. First stop the Flying J, 30 minutes north to top up our propane and continued up I-75 north bound. Stopped at a few rest areas to stretch and carried on. Not much traffic today.

a nice sunrise on our site |
lovely pond reflections |
heading north on I-75 |
Crossed into Michigan and the usual bad road, the first sign I saw was
Pot hole hot line and a phone number ! That about says it all, A few construction zones but good travelling , whipped on by Detroit , and 96 to 94 to Port Huron Michigan. Once past Detroit 94 was a good drive, making good time.
I-94 a very nice quiet drive |
We stopped at the last rest area in Michigan here about 11:30 made lunch, and carried on another 20 Miles to Fuel up in Marysville Michigan, just 20 miles before be cross the border at Port huron . The Blue water Bridge into Canada. The only slow down we had today was the line up to pay the toll for the the bridge.
crossing the bridge to Canada |
no lineup at customs |
A couple of quick questions and we were back into Canada another easy border crossing.
Here in Ontario , Open for Business love the sign |

We don't turn in a permit like in Mexico our days in the states are tracked through our passports. We still actually have 7 days left that we can use. before the fall.
