Sunshine, nice hot day, mowing the lawn, play with the dogs and a few dips in the pool, this is the way summer is supposed to be.

          Just another hot summer day in the making and this is the weather I love. I can always cool down but can never get warm enough when its too cold. First walkabout at 7 am around town. lots of people out as well want to get out before today's record break temperatures hit their peak. Supposed to be about 34c (93f) with a heat index about 40 c (104f).
        Such  a quiet walk only the noise of this ultralight below cruising over the fields and the village. I am sure he must had had some wonderful views from up there.

         But this really does not bother me too much, I was used to the heat years ago. In my restaurant kitchen for 10 years.

      A quick stop for groceries and then hop on the mower about 10:30 get an hour of lawn mowing done then stop for a light lunch, cool me and the mower down, rehydrate and head our for another hour.

      Then hop on the mower for another hour, not too bad here even though its hot I have a nice breeze, mostly cutting the weeds but needs done.

 does a great job fast too.

   Time for a dip in the pool cool down and get some reading time in, under the willow tree with a nice cool breeze. With Suzie and the dogs.

      I was getting supper ready, a couple bone in skinless chicken breasts done on our Weber Q with the grill mat and BBQ sauce. When almost done Suzie took the dogs for a run and they can go back in the yard while we enjoy our meal.

      Just another fun day in the sun and shade, always something to keep us busy and the pool here to cool us down.

      About 8:30 tonight the dogs we taken home so we will probably not see them for a while, it was fun while it lasted, and they both got a good brushing along with a major doggie fix for Suzie.
