Another fine warm summer day, what's not to like about that?

Where are we today ?

        Now this morning was much warmer than yesterday. Sunny and gonna be another very warm day up to 30 C but will feel like 35C (95), Now in my opinion that is a pretty nice day. Many people will differ with me but thats ok. No aches, no pains, not cold my body just loves it.  If I need to do something physical I do it slower and drink plenty of water. Plus we have a wonderful pool here to cool off in.
         After a nice long walkabout town, home by 8:15 am and thought maybe call my Chiropractor for an adjustment. We leaving the area tomorrow. No problem 9:45 AM appointment in Waterloo. Now after a few twists and turns and a crack here and there I feel brand new again. after 36 years I know when I need and adjustment. While in Waterloo picked up a few things and back home for a nice light lunch with Suzie.
         Then her plan was to run to the farm, pick up our mail, but then wanted to visit and ailing relative in Stratford. I just puttered around for a bit checked our tire pressure and oil, mowed a small portion of lawn that needed it and of course a very refreshing dip in the pool. Then enjoy some very good afternoon reading in the shade.

        Suzie got home about 3:45 and gave me an update on her day and relaxed in the shade with me for a while.

       Then for supper a I grilled a couple Venison Avocado Burgers that I made a while ago, for the recipe click HERE or my recipe blog top right side bar.

        Added that to a green loaded salad and a couple pieces of cantaloupe to take care of our cravings tonight. The  English muffins I used for buns were kinda small but still worked for us.

       That was it for another great summer day, now to relax outside a bit more until things cool down around 9 pm. Tomorrow hitting the road back to Rock Glen for a week or two. Looks like our heat wave is returning again for a while longer.
