Coach maintenance, excellent weather and a camper for the grands.

Where are we today ?
More wonderful weather in the low 80'sf (28c) today, perfect. Early morning walkabout around town and back home, secure our coach to take to Pettigrew's garage for 8 am. We have had issues with our service engine light for a while. He checked the codes with is computer thingy and found the oxygen sensor on the left side not operational. So ordered one in, will be here by 2 pm.
No problem we just go back to "Camp Awesome"  and hang our here until then, only 3 small blocks away.
We enjoyed our e readers for a while and had a nice light lunch. Then Suzie headed back to New Hamburg visit her mom for a while and I took the coach back to Dale.
Quick easy fix on the side of the road then take the coach for a test drive, all looks good so far, we will see.
Dale is an awesome mechanic
this be the new sensor
Back home and set up, read for a while then whip up supper when Suzie got back about 4:30. Tonight pan fried cod with Fish crisp and a salad, was wonderful as usual (so she says). That's her request I'm just the cook.
Shortly after supper Daughter number two came over to pick up this old trailer for Grandson number one. This was John's son's play house and video arcade for a few years but he has now outgrown it.  So It was purchased very reasonable as a fixer upper just to be a clubhouse for the boys. Sure can't beat the price and they will have a ton of fun with it too.
proud owner of a new camper,
got to start them young

there it goes to a new home
That was our productive day, and not even enough time for a swim  today, oh well maybe tomorrow.
Glad that you stopped by today sorry if we missed you, always something to do around here.
Check out the interactive map below to see where we have been this Spring and Summer.

    1. A good idea for a mosaic shed too, for them its a play house, in gramma's back yard.

    1. Thanks Larry is yummy.
Never to young to start camping so many fun times will be had in that trailer.

  3. I hate seeing any old trailers go unused. It's like they have been forgotten. The kids may use it as a playhouse but they'll appreciate it.

    It's about time.

    1. It still has a few more years left in it for use as a clubhouse.

  4. They sure don't build clubhouses like they use to. Our girls would love to play in that clubhouse!

    1. This will be a 3rd generation clubhouse, 2 other young families have used it for the same thing over the years.

  5. What a great idea using an old trailer for a playhouse. No reason to build one when one that's already built is handy.

    1. Yep they just need to hook up water and sewer if possible, but they do have electricity windows, dinette couch, tv and a bed.

  7. Thank goodness for code readers, you'd be scratching your head for a long time trying to solve a problem without one. ;c)

    1. I worked on cars when they were simple, before computers, but not anymore. The code readers usually find the problem.
