What can I say ? Just another great sunny warm day.

Where are we today ?

        Now the weather here is awesome for this time of year can't beat it. Just look below at what we having. Say 66f (19c) felt like 70f (21.c) and thats in the shade. We sat for a while in the afternoon sun and was actually hot (not that we are complaining), Shorts, t -shirts, no socks and we even had nice breeze to keep us cool too. 

       A few walkabouts the resort today, but did find it very windy out in the open.

         This morning I took a drive over to the other side of town to the Community Grocery for a few groceries and pick up a Pork loin roast on sale, only $1.88 a lb. Small one was 10 lbs and carved it up myself. Got 18 boneless pork chops (1 inch thick) and 3 nice sized pork roasts out of it. A fantastic deal and now we are set for a while at great price.
         Now all this done and all our exercise done too, we can enjoy reading our books on another wonderful sunny day.

        Yep it sure is nice here, no need to even go inside by the pool, perfect weather right here. Now it was a windy day, but we choose our site behind the clubhouse, sheltering us from most of the winds,  and sunshine all day long, just perfect!

         Late afternoon and time to fire up our Weber and grill a small pork roast I took from our freezer (make room for the new inventory!).

         To add to this garlic, mashed red skinned potatoes, sauerkraut, steamed broccoli  and applesauce for a wonderful tasty supper again. Just love cooking on our Weber.

       Ok, now to end it all just finished of the evening later with the end of our strawberry shortcakes.

        What a way to end our winter hibernation with some more great weather right here not too far from home, just lovin it!
