Where are we today ?
I know, everybody is tired of hearing about the weather, but just gonna tell it like it is.

Today is saturday and we have arranged to go visit oldest daughter Kim, son-in-law Brian, two grandsons and grandaughter for the afternoon in Aurora. A two hour drive each way. The roads were good for travelling so we headed off, but very cold, the high temperature today was 2c (35f) but 35 km/h (22mph) winds felt much colder.

We got there just after lunch and chatted with them and the kids, even my son Ken was there too so we could all catch up. Kim whipped up a caesar salad and Brian grilled some very tasty Bison burgers on their Weber for supper.
The two boys were all over the place and I could not get any decent pictures of them but, our grand daughter is a real ham and loved posing especially with the new Mardi Gras beads we brought home for her.

Before we knew it supper was done and we heading back home, by 8:30 pm, encountering some heavy snow flurry activities for about a 5 minute stretch coming thru Kitchener.
Now just back home post our blog and put up feet for a bit before crashing after a busy day.

It's not that we're tired of hearing about the weather. We just want it to be nice for everyone!! Sorry about the snow. That's supposed to happen when you're not there.

Just woke up to our first morning at home 2C. We drove thru a lot of snow yesterday on the Coquillhala.
