Where are we today?
Stratford, Ontario
George, again had a good day. The was in his wheelchair and touring around the facility.
Area for people to get coffee, etc
Another view of the kitchen.
He is up early as usual and about 8 he wanted something to eat. Unfortunately the kitchen didn't open until 8:30. He ordered a sausage and double egg sandwich. After we had a nap, I went out to get a couple of things. I wanted to get it accomplished earlier than later as we were expecting snow and I knew I wasn't leaving at my normal time.
We one visitor this afternoon was from the minister of my home church. We had a very nice conversation and she learned more about us and our travels.
Of course, the one thing we were waiting for was ribs, sauerkraut and salad. This meal was brought in by my sister and brother-in-law. What an awesome meal. The above was George's plate plus he ate more. They were also kind enough to leave us some leftovers. Wonderful.
We all went back to his room and as usual conversation never stopped. It seems that where ever we go my sister and brother-in-law always know someone.
Another great day for George.
