Where are we today?

The weather here amazing as it usually is at this time of year. Great sleep and an early morning walkabout after coffees and computing I headed into to Yuma for a few supplies and pick up our friend Rob at then Ford dealer. He dropped off his truck for some maintenance etc.. Better than him sitting there all day.

Back home before 9 am puttered around for a while, fixed a minor leak on our water pump, set up our Weber Q and a bite for lunch.
Nice walkabout this afternoon checking out the park, lotsa rigs pulling in today, Presidents Day weekend coming up a very busy time of year in this area. Lots of nice spring flowers around the park. Love this time of year!
And even had time to enjoy some wonderful reading outside in the shade . Temps into the mid 80's f so the shade is quite comfortable. Our fridge likes the shade too.

Then time to whip up supper. Preheat our Weber Q , make a tasty salad and grilled 4 chicken thighs, More leftovers and ready to make some soup very soon.

Just another wonderful desert day, right now with full hookups, a real treat and a great price for a couple of weeks.

Where have we been this Winter
I just love seeing the desert come alive. Our poor families back in Canada and Ohio suffering through the snow and ice.

This is the beginning of spring for us and as we slowly move eats and north for the next two months we will keep seeing spring.
DeleteThat is a great site you have there this time. Sometimes it pays to pay the extra. I think spring has sprung down there at Pilot Knob.
