Another wonderful warm night, great for sleeping, windows wide open and so peaceful here, gotta love it. After morning coffees took a nice walkabout the Casino grounds and parking lot. Always people around here 24/7 and usually very quiet.

Shortly after 8 am down the road a couple miles to Los Algodones Mexico to my Dentist. Park then and walked the few blocks to their office. My Denture is good to go, no charge. So am I . back across the border before 9 am, again no lineup for customs ( this is the time to go).
Back to the Casino, secured the coach and into California and Pilot Knob Resort, only about 3 miles. All checked in a set up by 10 am. This time we took a premium site with our membership so cost us $5.00 a night. Very nice, so much space and our patio facing north. Away from the hot southern sun and our rv fridge in the shade. It did get to 84 f today whats not to like abut that?

Today being Valentines Day the have a very nice meal at the clubhouse. Lasagna , salad and desert. plus a dj. only $8.00 per person. ( we got the last 2 seats! So Suzie thought she we treat me to a wonderful dinner for Valentines Day. (Lasagna is one of her favourites)
We joined a table with 2 other couples from Wyoming, and had some wonderful chats getting to know each other.

We had so much food some leftovers to take home as well as desert.
Home by 6 pm, still 75 f so we could still read outside until 7pm then time to catch a sunset and head inside for the night,

Now we here, relaxed, full hookups and enjoying the wonderful warm sunny weather, We went whole hog and opted to the $5.00 a night for a very nice site. Heck it;s Valentines day and Suzie deserves it.

Where have we been this Winter
Looks like you have landed in the lap of luxury there at Pilot Knob. Great site and a wonderful meal. What more can you ask for?

DeletePilot Knob looks like a nice place to stay and they even serve meals. A nice Valentine's day relaxing in the desert sun. Can't beat it!
