Where are we today?

Hey we are gonna have some amazing weather back here again. And will take advantage of it. Sunshine, no wind and no rain, temps in the 70's f, yup we will take it!
Got a few early morning walkabouts enjoying this wonderful sunny day. Clear blue skies sure can't beat that.

No where to go and nothing to do other than enjoy this great weather. One thing I want to do was cut up this pork loin roast picked up the other day. $1.67 a pound. Great deal . Got 6 very nice boneless pork chops and 2 small pork roasts. Now really can't beat that with a stick and we love lean pork.

This afternoon we had a very nice time enjoying our e-readers outside in the sun with a wonderful view.

At 2 pm the ice cream social at the clubhouse. One soup of ice ream including all the toppings for a buck. We cut up a banana and shared and we each had a banana split. While here we met another couple and chatted with them for another hour or so sharing stories and flapping our gums. Most rv'ers are very friendly people.

Got back home about 3:30 and a Happy hour going on a George and Rose's. So grabbed our chairs and a beverage and joined them for a while. Nice to catch up with what they all did today.

George got his new ladder out and I checked out some thing on their rig. Not sure what it was but I got to test out their new ladder,

Time to head home as the sun was setting and whip up supper.
Supper tonight a couple fish burgers on a English muffin added to our salad.

Where have we been this Winter
It is great to see the sun shining. Sure do like my telescopic ladder like Georges.

DeleteI always consider it a good deal when pork loin is under $2/lb, so I think you got an outstanding deal - the ice cream was another one. I have one of those ladders and really like it, especially the small amount of storage room it needs.
ReplyDeleteI do the same with a pork loin and know a good deal so stock up as much as we can. I don't have room for that ladder or would buy one, I do have a 5 ft one that does most of my stuff for me. Ice cream social here every sunday a buck a scope includes toppings.

DeleteWe usually split steaks and such but no way would Terry share his ice cream with me.
