Friday, just plugging along.

Where are we today ?
More of the same here today. Walkabouts town at 7 am then off to the shop to work on the cupboard. Sand the filler and the second coat of Varathane. Home for lunch then into Waterloo to with Suzie to check out her Dad's internet wifi gizmo ( as Suzie calls it).  Advised to call Bell and have it replaced. So I dropped her back at her Dad's then to the shop to check out the drying. Not yet So I picked up a few groceries and Suzie then back here for Supper.
John's Sin trimming the lawn
Tonight on our Weber Q gonna grill a couple chicken legs and thighs, and of course our tasty salad does the trick again.
love our chicken on the WeberQ
Supper done then dropped Suzie back to visit her mom while I put the 3rd and final coat of Varathane on our cupboard project. Then tomorrow when dry I will install it, or at least get it back home.  I know it will do exactly what we want it to do.  Then I can take it easy for a bit, maybe even enjoy my e-reader again would be wonderful. Couple birthday celebrations this weekend we need to take care of too.
Thanks again for stopping by. Monday we gonna venture away for a while, we hope.
Check out the interactive map below to see where we have been this Spring and Summer.

  1. You have a lot of patience. I'd want to use it right away. I can't watch paint dry.

    1. Finding small things to do is taking it easy, and with an RV always something to do.

  5. I've always believed a little black was a must for grilled chicken.

  6. You are always one busy person. A hot day always means hot food only off the Weber. Chicken looks perfect.
