Where are we today ?
Just another fine day here today. A bit cooler this morning, feels like fall is in the air. A great nights sleep and busy doing lotsa stuff this morning (at least it seems that way). The dogs managed to get out of the yard last night but were under our coach this morning. Obviously they have been out and about , Buddy was muddy and his long hair full of burrs. ( I found the spot they broke out from the yard and did a quick fix.)
Next off to Suzie's Mom and Dads for more family stuff and I worked on the trunk and rear bumper of their car, a bunch on minor scratches. So a bit of buffing and polishing looks almost good as new, much better than before. I did some grocery shopping and by then Suzie ready to head home for a nice light lunch.
Then she worked on brushing the dogs as they both slept pretty well all day. Such party animals they were, must have partied all night.
While she did that I mowed a bit of lawn, around the pool, (only takes 5 minutes by hand). Then got the big riding mower (Ferris) out for about and hour, still a couple more hours to do this weekend.
Then time for a nice refreshing swim in the pool and relax for a bit with our books.
love the pool here 85f and no crowds ! |

Looks like a new car. You busy this weekend?
ReplyDeleteSorry Paul we have a very busy weekend.
DeleteNice job on that car, wish cars still came with real bumpers (motorhomes, too!). ;c)
ReplyDeleteThanks , the real bumpers were nice, but I guess these are much safer.
DeleteIf only the dogs could tell you where and what they did.
ReplyDeleteNow that would be interesting.
DeleteThat was a huge bag of puppy fur! Great job Suzie. I know how much work that is.....
ReplyDeleteShe enjoys brushing the dogs, gets her doggie fix that way.
DeleteThere certainly is a lot to say about having nice weather and a private pool.
ReplyDeleteThats for sure , we really enjoy it here but time to move on, new place and some new, old faces.
