Where are we today ?
Up early as usual about 4:30 after a great nights sleep, windows open, fantastic fan running fresh air, loving this weather. Now I have time to read blogs, emails, lotsa coffee, walkabouts, hangout at the garage for a bit and head to the store by 9am.Then we can hangout here chat for a while and putter around. Light lunch, play with the dogs and read for a bit.
love these flowers whatever they are, smell awesome |
I would wash our coach but Plattsville's hard water is not very friendly to that kind of activity. EXTREMELY hard water.
think we wore Buddy and Moly out, they resting |
finally got a shot of this nice Cardinal that has been hanging around about 50 ft away, best pic I could get |
Suzie back home and out for a run with the dogs |
behind our coach under the weeping willows |
preheat the grill about 15 minutes on high and turn to low |
Then add to a nice salad and veggies for a dip, we really enjoyed a nice light supper again.
After supper, run with the dogs again and enjoy our reading for a while longer.
That was it for our day, not sure where the time went but it just flew on by.
Thanks again for stopping by for a visit. Loving this great summer weather we are having.

Nice weather there Goerge and Suzie...so nice to be outside and have the windows open at night like that.
ReplyDeleteWe are enjoying a nice summer here, cooler than usual but still quite comfortable.
DeleteYou are going to have to slow down you are doing way too much.
ReplyDeleteBe Safe and Enjoy!
It's about time
We do get lots of exercise, and fresh air, no need for us to be out and about everyday, especially here at camp awesome.
DeleteMan George, you make me so dad gum jealous with all your activities. Hopefully after my surgery, if'n I get it, I'll be just like you.
ReplyDeleteNow, bout that danged chicken on the Weber. If'n I was to do it like you do, chicken on the grate, I would have me a big chunk of charcoal for a charcoal grill. My low temp is right at 350 degs. An' there ain't no way to lower the regulator pressure.....Grrrrrrrrr.
Billy Bob you will be raring to go after your surgery.
DeleteYou don't have a Q 100, do you? Mine does not have a thermometer so not sure how hot it is.
Think maybe you have a defective regulator. Should still be under warranty.
Be careful of that hard water in the pool, you might bang your head! ;c)
ReplyDeleteHaha, it almost so hard that you can walk on the water ,,lol....
DeleteI've never seen a Red Cardinal in my life. Lucky you. I may not be commenting every day but I do try and get a quick read in.
ReplyDeleteThe Cardinal is such a bright red too, a real treat to see one.
DeleteCan't let blogging get in the way of life.
Sounds like a perfect day.
ReplyDeleteIt was and we are enjoying quite a few of them this summer.
DeleteHow can you stand all that excitement in one day? I am exhausted just reading your post...hehe
ReplyDeleteWell you know its a tough job and somebody has to do it may as well be us.
