Where are we today ?
After a busy day yesterday, a good nights sleep windows open and early to rise as usual. After coffees and computing I took a nice stroll down the road shortly after 7 am. No wind, sunny skies and very warm.nice and quiet morning |
the field across the road from us |
looking towards our coach off the road |
early morning sun on our patio, awesome |
The Plaza there has a nice fair going on, with rides and games, mostly for children, but like all things these days pretty expensive. Guess we are not up with these things.
Stopped for our mail in New Hamburg , chatted with Sandy for a while then eventually got home, late afternoon. Nothing going on here so we got to enjoy our books for a while, after a run with the dogs, and Suzie got another doggie fix, brushing Molly and Buddy.
they do make themselves at home with us |
threw some sweet pepper pieces on the grill too |
added to the burgers a tossed and bean salad, sure hit the spot |
Another day here as the hours fly buy. After supper we ere able to enjoy 70f (21c) and enough sunlight until 9pm enjoying our books and the fresh air. With the later sunsets we are now missing our usual bedtimes, but thats just fine. Can now sleep in until almost 6 am.
Thanks for stopping in and hope your Sunday weather was as amazing as our was.

Hey, where's the picture from the top of that arial loop ride? :<)
ReplyDeleteNope not for me sorry, besides like I said expensive rides, not for me anymore. Might loose my glasses, teeth or hearing aides. Will leave that for the younger children.
DeleteThose rides are expensive. You would think they would lower the price and get more riders. Looks like you're having great weather and that's a good thing.
ReplyDeleteYou would think, but I guess they still make a good business anyway.
DeleteNow Joe would have been at the top of that thing, but not me!!
ReplyDeleteNot me either.
DeleteWho do you know to get all that great weather? Introduce us (please). ;c)
ReplyDeleteWell you see our mandate is to follow the sun, and have been pretty successful for over 8 years.
DeleteUnfortunately our weather was not all that great. It's getting waaaay too hot here in Florida. That was a fine looking meal.
ReplyDeleteUsually pretty nice weather most of the summer here.
DeleteThat burger looks yummy...think we will do that for supper tonight!
ReplyDeleteThe pups look so content visiting at your home!
It was very tasty, the pups do enjoy our company here.
DeleteNIce to have a quieter day after a busy Saturday.
ReplyDeleteWe do enjoy as many quiet days as we can get.
DeleteWe have to settle for sunny.... although it was 56 degrees here this morning. That hoop-thing looks like fun but I know that I couldn't do it... years ago I had the operator stop a regular size ferris wheel to let me off... I'm curious.. what DID it cost for a ride on that thing?
ReplyDeleteSharon we did not even ask, just the last time we checked a few years ago was about $5.00 each. probably more now. Not in our budget.
DeleteI like restaurants that serve breakfast all day as it is my favorite food and I can eat it any time of the day. I have to believe those imported burgers were real tasty.
ReplyDeleteBreakfast is good anytime of the day in our books.
DeleteThose burgers were very tasty and a nice treat too.
If we go that way next year will get some more.
