Tues. Mar. 15th 2011 Willis Texas

Join us as we travel North America in our Holiday Rambler Vacationer,

since August 2006

Over night was quite chilly again but good for sleeping, it did not take too long for the sunrise to warm things up and before we knew it a lovely 82f (28c). We are back on the road tomorrow so a few things to check like tire pressure, oil and stuff. And Suzie likes to vacuum the day before we hit the road. So with these chores done and the walkabouts we can enjoy our books for a while outside.

We were having some visitors today and when you are living this lifestyle its always nice to seen people from back home, chit chat and catch up a bit, and a nice thing about it is they brought their house with them. The first one to arrive was Angel tail waging and right onto Suzie's lap.

Then there's Buster he's the cool dude just gonna sit there and give ya that look.

Of course along with them came the rest of the Amazing Vanstones, Larry and Marilyn. We got to know them when Larry sold us our coach back in 2006 (and yes we are still friends). They are returning back to Ontario from their winter getaway in Mazatlan Mexico (Tres Amigos Rv Park where we spent two months with them last year). They we passing thru the area, had to stop for a night and decided to stop here for a visit.

Well it was real a nice visit, chatting, catching up, even sample a few brew then before we knew it was 6:30 and we had not had supper, so some warmer clothes as it cools down a bit, Marilyn tossed up a great salad and I heated up a spaghetti casserole.

Then we had a picnic supper, just in time before it got too dark and cool. After a very nice, too short visit we can now retire for the rest of the night, on the road in the morning. Safe journey guys!
