Join us as we travel North America in our Holiday Rambler Vacationer, 

 since August 2006

       Today we will just hang, after all we are retired and had a busy day yesterday.

       Well overnight was cooler  about 38f (4c) we have not had it that cool for quite a while, but we  got a good nights sleep. This morning it warmed up to about 70f (20c) and stayed there all day. The exception was that it was overcast and windy not pleasant to sit around outside.

       A walkabout, chat with some neighbours and a trip to the store and a do it yourself car wash, (no vehicle washing in this resort). Then back home to putter around a bit more, read and wax the car.  Before we knew it the day slipped on by and it was time for supper. Some left overs, chicken fettucini Alfredo, hot wings, rice, salad, bread sticks, veggies and dip and some fresh strawberries.

       We had a comment on yesterdays Blog from heyduke50  a couple we have never met, but have been following our Blog and many other fulltimers  as well. They have just began living their dream as fulltime RV'ers about a week ago, and left their "stick house" which was about an hour from where we are now. We wish them luck in their new journey, if you care to follow these newbies it should be an interesting story. They will be added to the list of blogs we follow. "on the Road of retirement". Maybe some day we will meet them on the road, Good luck guys!
