Happy Birthday today to my baby brother Chris, 45 years young today!

Its a beautiful bright sunny and warm day today. Let's hang out and really enjoy the weather. Puttering about, polishing our coach a bit, walkabout so nice. Now I saw these red flowers on a tree and wonder what they are, anybody know?
red flower?
here is a picture of the tree as well
Just hanging out, some research, trip planning, chatting and of course relaxing in the sun/shade with a good book, until it cools down enough to go inside and prepare supper. Tonight I roasted a marinated cornish hen, (with Swiss Chalet sauce of course) boiled potatoes and a spinach salad, very yummy.
1/2 cornish hen just right
Tonight we enjoyed a colourful sunset behind the hills that changed dramatically in just a few minutes, check out these pictures, viewed from our kitchen table.

Just another awesome day! And on the road fri.morning over the mountains to Holtville California, and find a spot in the desert for a few days.
Thanks for stopping by.
