Where are we today ?

Another great nights sleep in (cold) paradise, but we were comfy. After the coffees and computing I took a country drive into Plattsville, checking out the area we like to park at our friends place we call (Camp Awesome). The road is open now (trees were down and electric wires as well) But there is still too much snow there for us to get the coach in. We will soon need propane and would like to fill up the coach when we relocate. Other option is to use our extend-a-stay option using an external propane tank. Which we have done before. We also need to dump our sewage in a few days. So checked with George (M&G Potables) about pumping us out. George is also a blog follower. To see what his schedule is like, well he can do it today or next Wednesday, next week is probably too late so he came this morning. He comes and pumps us our for $20.00 our we can drive 30 miles each way to a dump station this makes more sense and is cost effective to have him come here. Still have a few more appointments in this area and also waiting to hear about the body work on our coach.
here comes George to pump us out |
not long and he is done, we good now for another 10 days or so Thanks George ! |

Where have we been this summer?
That is a very handy service from M&G P. Now if you could have your propane delivered too you'd be set for a while. That deal for your iPhone sounds interesting. Would you care to share costs?
ReplyDeleteIt looks like spring will arrive on Monday. Get ready everyone!
Yes George from M&G has treated us wonderfully for years, we probably could have the propane delivered if we were really stuck but I have the fittings to hook up an external BBQ tank no problem.
DeleteNot sure of the cost that is Suzie's department and she sleeping, She just said it would cost us $25.00 a month more than we were paying before, for better phone service in Canada and the US (unlimited calling and texting) and 15 GB of data a month compared to 10 gb we had before.
We ready for spring again !
Glad you got those necessary chores done!! Nice service!!
ReplyDeleteIt is a nice service that George provides, and was nice to get those things done.
DeleteHey George and Susie ... things are looking a bit chilly over your way. Your winter is going on forever, aye? So is our summer. Roll on spring for you and autumn for us! Just wanted to let you know that I’m still thinking of you even though I’m not around much.
ReplyDeleteHey Charlie sure nice to hear from you again, been wondering what you been up to down under.
DeleteYes our winter is going forever, now if it was summer going forever that would be wonderful.
Thanks for stopping by and hope you and your secretary are doing well.
Nice to have George's service. Much handier than moving to have it done.
ReplyDeleteThe weather is definitely looking promising, I feel the vibes! :)
Enjoy the next few days watching the snow melt. Spring is just around the corner!
It is nice to have George do this for us, especially when we have to travel so far from here to a dump station.
DeleteYes it is going to warm up and melt this whole stuff for us. Nice to see the sunshine this morning here too.
I bet you are in Weber Q withdrawal!! I hope spring arrives pretty soon!!
ReplyDeleteYes we are in withdrawal sure hope to get using it again soon!
DeleteLooks like there is hope spring will arrive just have to get through the whole snow melting mud thing. Sounds like you picked up a nice phone with a good plan.
ReplyDeleteYes melting and drying out would be nice.
DeleteThe phone and plan I think will work well for us, so far so good.
Well spent $20.00 I would say! I know if we had that done here in the states it would be more than that! Sounds like you're enjoying your new phone. Dinner looks delicious once again, but I know you'll be looking forward to the Weber Q..soon!
ReplyDeleteWe think so, Bill and Patsy have a very similar plan since last year and seemed to work well for them.
DeleteThe new phone is handy and sure hope we can get our Weber Q out again soon once it warms up a bit . get more propane and more electrical power will help
.
Looking better around the coach, mud isn't nice but nicer than snow. Glad George could come to help in the situation. Wouldn't be nice driving to dump on those roads. Enjoy the new phone.
ReplyDeleteStay warm and dry.
The snow is going away and the mud with soon dry up. George has been pumping us out for a few years when we are in the area a real bonus. The roads are good now but not cost effective to drive tan pay to dump.
DeleteLiking my new phone and more data.
Well I guess the roads are looking better but what a mess. Hopefully someone can come and deliver you the propane that you need. You certainly could use it. Worth a few extra dollars in my opinion.
ReplyDeleteCould you please post the link to you Bell data package? I was not able to find it.
The roads are good now no problems. I just filled a BBQ tank they have here and hooked it up to our extend a stay that I install many years ago, works well. We will be outta here in a week or so anyway so no big deal.
DeleteSuzie will let you know tomorrow when she turns her computer on, how she found the deal with the Bell phones and data.May not be a great deal for you not spending much time in the states.
