Cool, cloudy day and Suzie has her new Laptop !

Where are we today ? 

New Hamburg Ontario

      Another cool night and still below freezing out there 30f (-1C) at 5 am. No sunshine today just cold damp, drizzly, a few snow fluffies during the day.
      About 8 am I did a nice back country drive about and made my way to New Hamburg for  a few items just enjoy the country setting here.

         Back home puttered around a bit then Suzie got a phone call , her new laptop is ready for pick up ! In the meantime SIL Sandy had called a local body shop, to see if they could repair our coach. So we quickly had a bite to eat, stopped by to chat with Barry of Kropf's Kustom Collision then off to Staples in Stratford to pic up Suzie's new HP laptop with Windows 10 that she loves.
         Passing through Shakespeare on the way to Stratford saw the sign  for the Shakespeare pie store,  Maple Syrup pies! Never heard of them until the other day when I read about them on a blog posting and here they are right here. Don't need to buy one way to rich for our tastes and would be expensive to make I would think with real maple syrup.

         Ok she happy now and busy this afternoon setting it up and moving data from the back up drive over. Also as always frustrating and very time consuming settling up a new PC. I got to read a bit and research, not really a nice outside early afternoon with only 41 F (5C) but feels like 35f. Just plain cold and damp.

             The afternoon just flew by before we know it time for supper. Tonight we keeping it light and almost healthy. Decided and a couple of Salmon fillets and use up the Alfredo sauce we have in the fridge, with our salad on the side.
           As was I getting supper ready and Suzie along to her stuff,  SIL Sandy came over to join us for Happy Hour. A nice chat catching up a bit more we had a very nice visit,

so quiet and peaceful here

         Not long to bake these salmon fillets in the oven with the rest of our alfredo sauce, a bit of lemon and spices with this as well. Added to our salad and really hit the spot, Light, tasty and filling.

            Now at 6 pm was an amazing 47F (8.3c) yes, Patsy that was right here, our thermometer and the one on their house both in the shade. Pretty decent and no wind here in the bush, yup we will take it. Another short walkabout then inside for the night.
          That was actually a pretty decent day, and we got a few more things taken care of as well.
