Monday is the beginning of a brand new week, love it !

Where are we today ?

       Today the plan is we have no real plan. Other than return our steam carpet cleaner to Forest and  I can pick up a few groceries. Got the chores done and back here for a light lunch. Salmon sandwiches from last lights left over salmon. Tasty yes! Sure beats canned salmon.
       Now a few more walkabouts, enjoy our e-readers then head of to the  Fitness Centre for a while. Loving these relaxing days. Oh I did take some time to wash and wax our car, but thats not a big deal, piece a cake compared to our coach.
       Enjoying an overcast rainy warm day under our awning gonna whip up supper tonight. Found some meaty pork ribs in our freezer so sounds like a plan. All thawed out and ready to go.  
       Want to make them but don't be in a hurry, they are worth the wait. Put them on the Q
 relax and read for an hour then they are amazing !

            While  smelling the ribs and kraut cook we had a huge down pour for a few minutes, not a problem still very warm here.

           Ribs on the Q for about an hour, low and slow, wrapped in foil with spices and sauerkraut. Then onto the grill with BBQ sauce to glaze and fall off the bone tender.

        Now relax out side after supper, evening sun shining and warmer than earlier. Was another wonderful day just doing what we enjoy the most. Spending time with each other.
       Got a message from Dick and Raye ( we met in Texas) they just came in this afternoon, so hunted them down and said hello, is't been a year since we have connected. So nice t see them again, will get together again before we leave here on Thursday.
