Where are we today ?
Almost a nice start to the day, mild but chances of rain showers. But I did get my walkabouts town from 7 am until 8:30. Then headed to New Hamburg for a few supplies and prescription stuff and of course run into a few people in the stores that I know. Back home we had lunch and still drizzling. So decided to go visit my Ma in Kitchener for a bit.Back here to Camp Awesome the sun was out so I hopped on the Ferris Mower and proceeded to get a couple acres of lawn mowed. Then quit shortly after 4 pm, skies clouded again and besides , Happy hour, relax with Suzie and gotta whip up supper.
Suzie got to play with the dogs all day again too, brushing them and running just enjoying the time together.
Lawn looks better now from here |
Starting to drizzle a bit so doggies back home, wanting to came back here, not far away though |
love this garlic turkey sausage, best garlic sausage we have ever had |
Thanks for stopping by, hope you had a wonderful day too.

I have not seen that much beautiful green grass in a really long time...sure would like to go barefoot there!
ReplyDeleteIt is really nice, especially after spending a long time in the desert.
DeleteWow such beautiful green grass! We are enjoying time in Western Washington, but I've never seen it so brown here.
ReplyDeleteLotsa green here, perfect weather.
DeleteYou are a mowing machine, and I'm talking about you and not the mower... :cD
ReplyDeleteLOL...... just gotta do it.
DeleteYou've managed to develop a nice balance between relaxing away from family and being close to your parents.
ReplyDeleteSeems to work pretty good for us, doing what we can.
DeleteIt's not too many more months and folks in that area won't have to worry about mowing that grass for a while. Fall is coming.
ReplyDeleteSo true.
