Where are we today ?
Today we can go away for a week yahoo ! Early morning walkabouts town and took my umbrella just cause it supposed to rain. And yep it did rain, heading back from the garage, big down pour, But I kept pretty dry except my feet. We just waiting for the down pour to slow down a bit and did by 8:45. We packed up and on the road by 9:30 am.
Heading to LazyLakes Resort in Cambria New York, another membership park in our system. Yep we like the free camping and hook ups too.

only a couple hour drive but rained al the way. |
The border crossing at Queenston/ Lewiston not to bad about a 20 minute line up. But then they decided to check our coach, only about 10 minutes. But this time no raw poultry products. So they took our 4 eggs, and turkey burgers. Oh well thats the way it goes, guess we should have checked the website first. We had no fresh fruit or veggies, other than lettuce, celery, onions and carrots, but they are allowed. And the usual no goat or lamb allowed. Pork, beef, fish no problem.

short line up at customs |
After the customs thing we good to go. Filled up our coach and car with gas $2.46 a gallon. Took 60 gallons (226. litres) total. And at a 30% exchange rate for Canadian funds worked out to .84 cents a litre compared to around $1.20 a ltire in Ontario we saved 36 cents a litre. $ 81. 00 on this fillup alone ! Now that paid for our trip here and back again. Gotta love it ! Not a big deal that we lost $15.00 worth of food at the border is it? Shoulda check first.
Checked into Lazy Lakes Resort about 1:30 pm and rain almost stopped.
