Where are we now?

Brownsville Texas        

        Well the hot humid air let up somewhat but still wonderful, sunny and warm, nice for puttering around outside. The golfers are hard at it, everybody with carts and clubs chasing that little white ball.

        Then there is the other people hitting that bigger yellow ball around the tennis courts too, all in the name of having fun!

         So coffees, computing, walkabout the resort a while and little shopping at the local Walmart. Then back home for a bite to eat and wash our coach and car again. No permits needed here, they both got dirty from driving in the rain.

        The local Schwan's truck made his way around the resort stopping occasionally to sell some of his delicious goodies. Kinda reminds me of M & M's Meat shops on wheels from Ontario with their variety of frozen food products.

        Once my chores done we relaxed in the sun and shade with our books  for a while.

        Then fired up our Weber Q 100 for supper to grill some chicken thighs, baked potatoes with cheese, butter and sour cream (no calories here!) and some tasty fresh asparagus.

        Well just another great day in south Texas, we are so lucky to be able to enjoy this lifestyle.
