Join us as we travel North America in our Holiday Rambler Vacationer,
since August 2006
Overnight sunday was warm 24c (75f) but with 96% humidity it felt like 34c (93f) and yes we did turn our air conditioner on attempting to dry the air a bit.
We have never experienced this much humid weather that I can remember. Its so humid that the windshield on our coach this morning looks like it is raining. And no I am not complaining just sharing our experience with you, I do love this hot weather.
now that's a heavy dew!
Speaking of hot, our friends Rob and Pat have a problem with the air conditioner in their truck, it has not worked since last spring so he dropped his truck off at a garage to have it checked out and I gave him a ride back to the resort to hang out for a while. We puttered around a bit then took our laundry to the machines and let them do their magic while reading our books in the shade. After lunch I dropped Rob off for his truck and finished shopping before returning home. Then outside on this hot humid day it was real nice in the shade with a very comfortable breeze and our books until it was time for happy hour.
even Lady Girl was comfortable in the shade
Well after a wonderful, relaxing, hot day I fired up our Weber to grill some tender spare ribs with sauerkraut, potatoes w/onions and some peas for a tasty supper.
yummy
Then we called it and early night with a bit of tv, on the road in the morning to Brownsville Texas.
