Fri. Sept. 9th, Sunshine yeah!

Join us as we travel North America in our Holiday Rambler Vacationer, 

 since August 2006

        Up early this morning to watch the sunrise and it did! Blue skies, no clouds, warm gonna be a wonderful day after four days of overcast and rain. So outside to play, walkabouts chatting with neighbours, helped Rich and Mary-lou wire in and setup a 12 volt digital tv converter for the new digital channels on their older tv.

        Then just puttering around tidy up outside, scrub our large muddy patio mat. Put away a few things, check tire pressure etc, we are on the road in the morning to Scotland Ontario for a wedding tomorrow.

        Now with such a sunny warm day we can sit in the shade and enjoy our books once again after lunch, chat with a few new neighbours then a happy hour with Rich and Mary-lou. Until its time for supper, tonights craving being wings, fries,with celery and carrot sticks so plug in the Fry Daddy fire up the barbie and soon we are eating.

        After supper we happened to notice that Len and Darlene had their fire going so we gathered up our chairs and a beverage to join them and three other couples for a couple of hours chatting around probably one of the last campfires we will have here at Rock Glen this season.

        We also heard from some friends on Vancouver Island where the earthquake happend and all is well with them out there.
