Tues. Sept 20th, A wonderful sunny day...

Join us as we travel North America in our Holiday Rambler Vacationer,

 since August 2006

        This morning the sun shone bright in a mostly cloudless sky. The warm fresh air of Ontario's cottage country is wonderful. Morning coffees, computing and can't wait to get outside for a walkabout. Lovin it, feels like we have an instant replay of summer. So into town for a few groceries and stopped at a farm market around the corner then back home to putter around outside.

         Then a bite to eat for lunch and we can relax outside with our books, it was 84f (29c) in the shade, my kinda weather. Then about 3:30 pm we took a short drive to visit John and Barb just outside of Buckhorn, we met a few years ago at an RV rally in Georgia. They are renovating a cottage here and have been staying in the fifth wheel trailer for the summer.

        We inspected the construction progress then relaxed for happy hour just casually chatting, snacking on nibbles and bringing each other up to date on things. Suzie also got her dog fix with their two pups enjoying her attention.

         So after a nice visit, we said our goodbyes and promising to get together again soon we returned home to fire up the barbie and grill a couple hamburgers, sweet yellow peppers with potato salad on the side for a tasty meal.

        Now as nice as the day was, after supper its getting too dark and cool to sit outside and read so we are warm and snugly inside with a book and a tv show, another awesome day.
