Had fulltime RV friends and fellow bloggers visit today.

Where are we today ?
clic on a pic to enlarge it
It was kinda cool this morning at 5 am only 54 F (12 C) but did get up to 65 F (18C) and much nicer in the sun. Almost like the southwest in the winter. Got some nice walkabouts early this morning it was "refreshing".
the view out our windshield down the valley
all the picnic tables lined in a row
and so peaceful here
After running a few errands did some inside cleaning, All the ceiling vents for our A/C need to be washed, the flies like to leave deposits there to us to look at!
Another couple walk abouts and a tasty light lunch did the trick. Then at 1 o'clock had some good friends Bill, Patsy and their dog Clemson came by for a visit, we have not seen them in over a year. They just went fulltime this past summer and are looking forward to their first winter south. They both write Blogs, Bills blog click HERE  and Patsy's blog click HERE . We chatted and got caught up shared stories.
Suzie got a doggie fix
with Clemson
We had a fun time chatting with them and enjoyed  the visit, but then time for then to head back to Durham and time for us to have supper.
Patsy, Clemson and Bill
Love Clemson and his doggie seat belt
Gonna cook Haddock Baked in Panko Bread crumbs. for the recipe click here or my recipe blog top right sidebar. And this time I did it on our Weber Q 100 with the grill mat, was even better than in the oven! Both versions are on the link.
Haddock fillets
Tonight on the grill mat was so tasty and worked perfect.
Yummy
After supper the wagon ride  took off with a few happy campers touring the campground.
Then chat with some friends, post the blog and time to call it a night.
        Thanks for stopping by again.

  4. Great idea with the bread crumbs and the mat for fish. I' ll try it with some dorado and maybe snapper this winter. We only BBQ salmon here as it is so good and can't get it fresh in Mexico.

  5. It was very good with the Panko on the grill mat.
We don't get much fresh fish here other than pickerel or perch at certain times.
