Where are we today ?

So wonderfully quite last night, almost too quiet. And we slept like logs. Enjoyed a nice sunny cooler morning and walkabouts town at 7:30 am it is so peaceful, love small towns.

But soon time to whip up supper tonight a couple smoked pork chops, 1/4 of an acorn squash each with honey, done on our Weber Q added to a very healthy salad, a few grapes and cantaloupe (muskmelon).

Glad that y'all stopped by and hope you enjoying this cooler weather. Soon time to head inside, 8 pm and for some reason the mosquitoes are coming out, first time this year for us.

Glad you had an enjoyable day but I agree with you that your pool days are over for this year at Camp Awesome. You might get some indoor swimming in at Rock Glen.

It's about time.
It's always fun where ever we are, Just 38 more days till we begin our journey south and we are ready.
DeleteCooler? Hell, yes. This morning at 6am only 9C out here. Had to lit a fire in the woodstove.
ReplyDeleteHad our furnace on for a bit was actually 0 c here at 6 am, brr....Soon time to hook up our Mr. Heater again.
DeleteWe've had some beautiful warm days but fall is definitely sneaking in at night. It's way cooler than we like too.
