Wow 19 years!!! Where did the time go?

Where are we today ?

        Nineteen years ago today Suzie and I tied the knot ! Yep we did it. And was the best thing I have ever done in my life. Other than having three wonderful children with previous marriages that kinda went poof!  Well we all have hurtles to get over and we made it. Think we were made to be together. Except the first time I got married Suzie was only 11 years old, not possible back then. Fate has brought us together and we have been having a wonderful life. So today we celebrate. What to do? We talked about going out for a nice meal or going somewhere special but you know what? No place else we would rather be than right here together.

        So this morning off to Forest, the big grocery store to see what I can round up. Ok, got it figured out, some Jumbo raw shrimp, caesar salad and couple cheese buns. I get to cook a great meal, have a nice day with each other sounds good to us!

        Arriving back at the resort coming thru the gate I recognized the truck behind me. Yep it's John and Wendy, they have been here since Sunday. Have not seen them since last summer, they still working in Hamilton and made a quick decision to run out here for a weeks vacation. Met them about 10-12 years ago in Lewiston New York (at another ROD resort) and have been friends ever since. 

        So dropped by for a short visit then home to putter around. Finish polishing (compounding) the drivers side of our coach today (make it shinny again), maybe tomorrow I will wax it.

         Back to see John and Wendy for "Happy Hour" then home to whip up supper. And yes it was awesome, if I do say so myself.

         Putter around for a bit t, fix another bicycle for the young neighbors, then stop by John and Wendy's again for more catching up. A nice campfire, chat with a few neighbors there then Jeff and Chelsea arrived shortly after 10 pm. Their son and daughter that we have not seen for a few years. So nice to see everybody again.

        Now time for us to head home and hope to see them a again tomorrow for a bit too.        

        Nice to see everybody again and Suzie got another dog fix so all is good

        We are going to make a run for it and soon it will be 20 years.
