We moved from Galvin Bay back to the farm on Saturday afternoon (200miles) cause ma was in the hospital for some tests. Arriving later on saturday we stopped by for couple hours to visit. Now we had stopped for late lunch in Milton (at an unnamed fast food place) and grabbed a burger and fries. After the hospital visit about 8 o'clock we picked up a couple subs to take home eat and crash , its been a long day.
Now both of us felt a little queazy on sunday, then a big sunday lunch and off to the hospital again to visit ma. Upset stomach and bowls is not a good thing something not quite right. Plus the fact I am having shooting pains up my neck into my head. It's really bad when I cannot even finish a beer ! Now this never happens to me, so after a not good sleep sunday night, got to my Chiropractor this morning and he worked on my neck and back for 30 minutes. It's starting to feel better so back home I crash, heat and ice on neck, massager. Dry toast for my stomach and kinda veg out, not gonna see ma today, just not sure whats going on. Think maybe a mild case of food poisoning.

Finally late afternoon we try sitting in the shade to read for a while. Think things may be getting better head aches are not as bad and stomach so-so, so supper is not too exotic, a bowl of steamed rice is on the menu today, lets see how that goes.

After a bite to eat and the warm weather is still here, we kinda relax a bit more thinking that tomorrow we will be good as new, feeling much better now by 8 o'clock. But still pretty warm and humid, thank goodness for the Fantastic fan in our coach it does wonders for a breeze, but not so much the humidity. So back at things in the morning.

DeleteSure hope you're starting to feel a bit better. Food poisoning can really take the starch out of a guy for a few days. I'll bet you're back on your trusty Weber Grill before too long though.
