Where are we today ?
We had a great sleep and up early as usual, Computing, coffees, walkabouts and discuss what we want to do today. Well we discussed this and discussed that, made a few plans and discussed this a bit more. I polished the coach and the car and we discussed a bit more.
By the time we discussed what to do we did not feel like doing anything so.... Hey its an awesome day. Lets get our lawn chairs out a read in the shade, wonderful! Perfect choice. Oh I checked the air pressure in the tires, check the oil, (we are on the road in the morning) and Suzie thought about vacuuming our coach, that thought passed quickly, reading is more fun, there is always another day right?
So before we know it the day just flew by, sun, shade, sun shade, read , talk, life is tough ya know. Then its time to fire up our Weber. And today we agreed on a pork loin roast, potatoes in foil with onions, carrots and broccoli for supper.
heat up the grill and put the roast and potatoes on |
a hour later perfectly done |
tasty supper |
After supper read and compute a bit, watch a some of a show, then.... good night!
Have I mention before how lucky we are to be able to enjoy this lifestyle? I am sure I have. Thanks for stopping by.

What is vacuuming? Which foreign language?
ReplyDeleteTnT:
ReplyDeleteLove the pork, spice the roast, spray with olive oil to help it sear and seal the juices in, on a very hot grill.

Sorry I guess Colin takes care of that for you.
