That was our Black friday, not busy and very sunny hope yours was a good one too. Gotta love the small towns!
Thanks for stopping by.
Check out the interactive map below to see where we have been this Fall and Winter..
Our daughter went out today here in Houston. She said the traffic was not bad at all. She said there wasn't that many in the stores. She got a ton of shopping done. Very strange.
ReplyDeleteIt was strange compared to the crowds we have seen other years.
DeleteI had to go to Walgreens today to get a prescription filled and there wasn't anybody around. Didn't even want to think about going to Walmart. Didn't need anything that bad. So I have no idea how the crowds were.
ReplyDeleteIt was strange because I have seen more people there on a regular weekday in the morning.
DeleteShelagh had to go to the shops today to get some new clothes for our three month stay in San Miguel. I am a lucky man, she HATES shopping.
ReplyDeleteMe lucky too Suzie HATES shopping as well. Me, I don't mind it looking for groceries.
DeleteMaybe the madness started earlier when the doors first opened and that's why you din't see the crowds because they were already gone.
ReplyDeleteWe went to the Mall just to walk. Didn't even think of Black Friday on Ontario. Crowds were moderate with room to move around. Kathy got some clothes she needed at a good price.
Be Safe and Enjoy!
It's about time.
The big sale was Thursday at 6pm I was there shortly after 8 am, the store was quiet and spotless, very little staff compared to yesterday atternoon.
DeleteI can't imagine going out on black Friday, other than to come home from the hospital. That is a fine looking slab of fish you have. Yum.
ReplyDeleteNot much going on here in this small town, was surprised.
DeleteNice to be back home from the hospital now though.
The fish was excellent.
i would think that Benson would not be the place to shop if you were looking for Black Friday deals. Well, don't worry, I spent enough at Best Buy for both of us.
ReplyDeleteThe black Friday deals were on Thursday at 6pm . But nothing we need anyway other than food.
DeleteI prefer two wheel to three. Three are dangerous. My wife's cousin's husband got killed on a three wheeler
ReplyDeleteI prefer 4 wheels myself though had had motorcycles in the past.
DeleteNo shopping for us either... stayed home and watched it rain ;-) This morning was a trip to H.E.B..... now, if I only had you living close to fix all that food for us!
ReplyDeleteNo rain here. I just got groceries too.
DeleteWe plan on being there mid March if you are still around, come on over.
You gotta go into the big cities to experience the Black Friday crowds going crazy.
ReplyDeleteNo big cities for us thanks, small towns are wonderful.
DeleteHello Raye nice to hear from you thanks for checking out.
ReplyDeleteI did look at your pictures very nice some wonderful scenery there and a nice motorhome as well.
