What a wonderful sleep last night in our own bed again. I was woken up with the wonder sound of the Rooster crowing, on a bright sunny morning just after 5 am. Gotta love it !
After the coffees and computing got a nice walkabout some of their beautiful property here, about 25 acres, back down the trail through the bush where they have a nice large sandpit, would be great camping spot lost of sun and sandy soil.

Below is this large hut is actually and air-conditioned dog house/Kennel for Chris' Pugs and Schnauzers that she used to breed. She still has 9 dogs here I believe.

I took a drive through Walsh down to Turkey Point on Lake Erie then west to Booths Harbor, a very nice hidden boating shelter.

That was my tour around the area this morning for about an hour, really enjoy this area.
Back to their place as things were taking shape getting ready for the wedding and party this afternoon. Bill had said they would have a large party when their house was finished and this it it. May as well get married while they are at it too.
So this is my early posting for today, will not do another one later on we plan on enjoying the wedding, meal, socializing and the live band and dancing on the Patio later on this evening. And a busy Father's day tomorrow with Suzie's Dad.

ReplyDeleteI had never heard of "Walsh home of 'Annaleise Carr'", but had to wonder who Anna was. Turns outshe's an amazing young lady who at 14 raised $250,000 for pediatric cancer victims, by becoming the youngest to swim across the lake.
This is a perfect place for a wedding. and way to much food again!
