Where are we today ?

Hey we get to secure our coach and head on down the road again. Nothing we like much better other than visiting with friends and family for a while. We had way too much fun up here with Bill and Patsy, Rob and Pat, Gerry and Melinda, the wedding and fun times with our friends. But we also like to move on down the road. New places, new faces, new scenery this it what our lifestyle is all about and we both love every minute of it.After a quick trip into Durham to stop by Rob and Pats' to say thanks for everything back home to get ready to hit the road.
Had a comment on yesterday's posting about travelling on a holiday Monday and traffic. We have travelled all these back roads and small towns for years and never a problem at any time.
We left the Ridge at 9:45 this morning and arrived in Plattsville at 11:30, very little traffic only one slow down in Millbank Ontario. Check out the picture below.

We really enjoyed our time there with Bill and Patsy up on the Ridge , what a supper couple. And`another thing we will miss about their place, they have all supper is the amazing sunsets, That we usually only get in the southwest desert, These 2 pics below were taken last night, Sure was an wonderful send off for us. Making us really want to return.

DeleteThat little town of Milverton looks adorable..love those kind of towns and the buggies. Seems you have beautiful sunsets wherever you go but the Ridge does have some awesome ones. Thanks for sharing your great pictures.

DeleteLove those country roads. We travel them whenever we can find an alternative to the Interstates. So much more interesting.
