Much warmer, overcast and drizzly, thats good, clean up the rest of this winters mess.

Where are we today ?
Warmer weather again today but no sunshine, a bit of rain here and that is good, clean up some of the winter crud. The pic below is the same place but the bottom once was exactly 2 months ago, -30c then,  today + 12 c ( -22f  or 53f) which one do you like??
like todays weather much better,

Making more progress here purging. Suzie is a work horse started at 9 am and never stopped other  than a bite for lunch, until 330pm.  Sorting quilts, 13 she found, taking pictures and measuring getting things together. We took an old dishwasher with the help of her brother and SIL, to the curb that did not work and before sunset it was gone.
I had my projects to get done made up some cherry tarts and an apple broccoli salad to take to Daughter #1's for an Easter dinner tomorrow. Then a visit with my ma in Kitchener to put new ink cartridges in her printer, all is good now. Ma doing just fine.
Cherry tarts yummy.

Next made up the Salad to take along tomorrow below. For the recipe click Broccoli Apple salad
By the time I got back from Kitchener was about 3:30 so got Suzie to stop working,(she tired). We enjoyed a cool beverage, discussed our days and I began whipping up supper. Fish it is and her choice is pan fried in coconut oil lightly coated with Roasted garlic and Butter Fish Crisp. a new favorite of hers. A tasty salad and we are good to go.
wonderful
So there just another fun day, busy, no time for a walkabout, and probably not until the weekend is over. It's Easter weekend and lotsa family to visit.
So a Happy Easter to Ya'll and enjoy the season.
       Thanks for stopping by again.

  7. Nice to see spring is taking hold up there in Ontario at this early stage of the season. Here on the rock we're still into minus temps or 1 -2 degrees at best, and lots of snow around. When I do begin my gypsy biker RV life I'm pretty sure Ontario will be our Canadian stop over point. Spring comes so much earlier and decent weather lasts much longer than here on the rock.
