Salmon and Dill Sauce
This is one of our favourite tasty dishes this is the basic recipe that works real well.
2 Salmon Fillets ( 6 oz each)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 ½ teaspoons milk
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
¼ teaspoon dill weed
1 plum tomato diced
Place the salmon in a small greased baking dish.
ready for the oven |
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, lemon pepper and dill , stir in tomato , spoon over salmon. Bake 5 min longer until heated thru. We love the sauce so always make much more.
Now as you can see above I increased the amount of salmon, and make more sauce, this is good served with steamed rice, or potatoes and a salad.
Hope you enjoy.
Salmon is my absolutely favorite fish. It might have something to do with having a father who loved to fish and we had plenty of it. Dill sauce is great too.
ReplyDeleteA very tasty meal for sure.
