Join us as we travel North America in our Holiday Rambler Vacationer,
since August 2006
Overnight last night it was quite warm, we had a windows and vents open, and was still about 60f (15c), the warmest night we have had in a long time, love it! This morning was overcast but still warm. After coffees, watching the deer wander about the campground, checking email, working on the blog, a nice walkabout the resort then the short drive into Sattler to check out the grocery store for a few things.

Now back home we just putter about a bit, yesterday was busy, today we can veg. So a walk down by the pool and hot tubs. It looks so inviting, but the pool is not heated. so a soak in the hot tub was great then sit in the sun around the pool a bit.

With sun out now everything gets pretty warm so out with our awning and chairs to relax in the shade with a book for a while. It is so nice at this time of year to be able to sit outside in shorts and read until 6:00 p.m. almost too late for supper. But tonight was a spaghetti squash with some of the porcupine/ meat sauce I made a week or so ago. (thats the porcupine meatball recipe that I goofed and turned it into meatsauce.) Well it all worked out a delicious supper, chat, relax, read and a bit of tv. Just a retirement kinda day.
